Return Policy

Refund policy


These Standard Return Policies are applicable only to products purchased directly from the hakongee.com website.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. The product must be in new and resalable condition.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return, which will be deducted from your refund – no questions asked. This includes the shipping cost of purchases that had been qualified as free shipping.

If you want to request a claim about your order (received damaged/incorrect items, missing items, etc.), please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the claim. Your order will be covered under Order Warranty for up to 14 days after receiving the item.

We are not responsible for returned package due to incorrect shipping address issues.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted merchandise and/or gift cards.


Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. For any other exchanges, please process a return first, and then make a new purchase.

 

Cancelling an Order

We accept cancellations only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
Please email us at info@hakongee.com with your first & last name and your order #.

 

How To Return

Once we send you a return shipping label,

1. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip (must include your full name & order number) and please write the reason for the return or exchange on the front of the packing slip. Your return or replacement will not be accepted if the copy of the packing slip is not included in the return package.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we will review it and refund your original payment within 1–2 business days, deducting the return shipping fees. Please note that we cannot resend items returned to us as undelivered. If you still wish to receive them, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
