Shipping policy

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, in rare cases, external factors such as unforseen circumstances, including public health guidelines, may cause delays in processing or shipping, We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Ships to the USA including HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO.
  • Now shipping to Canada and Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated by the carrier.

**We are unable to provide information regarding customs fees, taxes, duties, or similar charges, and we cannot mark items as "gifts." These fees are not included in your shipping charge, so you will be responsible for any additional costs upon delivery. Please note that we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs, or the cost of goods if you refuse to pay these fees at the time of delivery.

  • We make every effort to ship our orders within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). No shipping on weekends & U.S. holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been received.
  • Delivery time estimates will depend on the shipping address. Estimated delivery date is only an estimate, and it may vary due to some conditions.
  • When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We will notify you via phone and/or email should there be any unexpected changes and/or anticipated delays to your order.
